About An EveryDay Athlete

An EveryDay Athlete was designed by Claire, a ski instructor and race coach, a personal trainer and lover of all mountain and water-based sports. It’s safe to say she knows what she’s doing when it comes to sport-specific training.

Our sports-specific and goal-specific programmes delivered through our App are like having a PT in your pocket! The video guided strength training allows you to perform the exercises with confidence and makes sure your form is correct.
