The real powers behind An EveryDay Athlete app is the exepreice and knowledge of sport-specific strength training. Each exercise, workout and programme has been designed by personal trainer and outdoor sports coach.

Below is a list of all the specific strength-based programmes you can dive into. If you’re having trouble choosing which is the best fit for you, get in touch.
SnowSeries Beginner
This is for those who are new to the gym, or training in general and have limited experience of weights and endurance activities. We’ll build your foundational strength and fitness over a twelve week period, so you hit the slopes in your best condition yet!
SnowSeries Intermediate
The Intermediate is for those who already have experience in the gym or training at home and are ready to step up their training. We’ll be kicking you off on more complicated movements than in the starter, ensuring you’re firing ahead of that first session of winter.
SnowSeries Advanced
You’ll already have a love/hate relationship with Bulgarian Split Squats and understand the need for more than a six pack. Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
Couch to 5km Running Programme
New to running? Then here’s the programme for you. It gives you running sets as well as specific leg stretches designed to increase your running capacity.
Half Marathon Running Plan
If you’re building on a current running base and wanting to reach that half marathon distance, here’s a 12 week running plan just for you. It focuses on speed rather than building endurance. We’d also highly recommend adding in 1-2 strength sessions per week to see better improvement.
Ankle Mobility Programme
Ankle mobility is important for most outdoor sports. We’ve got an effective 15 minute workout that you can add-on to your sessions so you keep your ankles strong for doing the things you love. All you’ll need a foam roller and a long length resistance band.
EveryDay Strong Gym-based
The EveryDay Strong programme is ideal when you’ve been out of the gym for a while and want to build strength in a safe, manageable way. We’ve been told it’s also a great programme for when you want to mix up your gym routine.
EveryDay Strong Home-based
You need minimum eqipment for these home based workouts but Ideally, you’ll have a long resistance band, a mini band, and a selection of weights — mismatched if needed — in dumbbells or kettlebells. A sturdy step, bench or chair, and a mat can help too, but aren’t essential.
